The Bravo interlock blocking device in operation
The blocking device blocks the light beams of a light curtain by turning the coded key. This prevents the safety contacts of the light curtain from being switched. When the light curtains are broken, the coded key can be removed.

The coded key can only be removed when the blocking device breaks the light curtain's beams. The operator takes this safety key with him into the protected zone, making unintentional restart or reset of the machine impossible.

The Bravo interlock blocking device can be equipped with 2 padlocks, this prevents the entry of the safety key when several operators enter the area.

De insluitbeveiliging blokkeert de lichtstralen van een lichtscherm door de gecodeerde sleutel te draaien. Hierdoor kunnen de veiligheidscontacten van het lichtscherm niet worden geschakeld. Wanneer de lichtschermen worden verbroken kan de gecodeerde sleutel worden uitgenomen.

De gecodeerde sleutel kan enkel uitgenomen worden wanneer de blokkeerinrichting de stralen van het lichtscherm verbreken. De operator neemt deze veiligheidssleutel mee de beveiligde zone in waardoor onbedoelde herstart of reset van de machine onmogelijk is.

De Bravo insluitingsbeveiliging kan worden voorzien van 2 hangsloten, dit voorkomt het invoeren van de veiligheidssleutel wanneer meerdere operators de ruimte betreden.
